Service area
We work in Terwillegar Towne and MacEwan only. If you are outside these, message us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Access
Leave your bins at the curb on your collection day. We need access to an outdoor water tap. If we cannot reach the bins or the water, we'll message you and reschedule.
Seasons
Bin cleaning runs from spring to mid-October. Winter Plus members get driveway snow clearing through the cold months.
If you are not happy
Tell us and we'll come back and re-clean it. No charge.
Payment and cancellation
Monthly plans are billed monthly and you can stop any time by messaging us. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
