What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your name as it appears in WhatsApp, your service address and your collection day. We keep this so we know which bins to clean and when.
What we do with it
We use it to schedule and carry out your cleans, to send you the photo when we are done, and to arrange payment. We don't sell it.
Photos
We photograph your bins after each clean and send the photo to you. We won't publish a photo of your property without asking you first.
